The rooms were clean I didn’t see any bugs and I work at a hotel myself so yes I know what to look for. Sheets and blankets could at least match better however didn’t have a problem. Bed a little hard but I’m not the one to complain. Owner is very nice yes stern about his hotel but every own has to be it’s a business so no he’s NOT RUDE! I’d definitely rent from him again the rates are affordable. Was very quiet as well.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed. 1st time we had some crazy issues and the owner was very sweet and helpful. Now we're here and all is well. Yes u clean your own room and stuff but ummmm don't u do that your own house anyhow. The owner us a nice man. He loves my kids. Always polite and waves to us when we come n go out. Yes there can be some sketchy ppl.lurking around but cmon now we are in Pasco co. The price is something we can actafford. He will also work with you because my husband gets paid at night and he'll wait til the evening to get the room rent. I've stayed at many hotels from Clearwater to hudson and I'd say I feel pretty good here. I'm allowed to decorate I side as I wish to make myself feel like more at home. I wish they had a washer n dryer and pool but I'll live tbh. We do get ants but I have no roaches or bedbugs that other ppl say in their post. I spray for the ants and boom guess what they are gone. I mean in NY when I lived there in a nice house I had ants and had to treat for them it's life. Idk I think ppl get to picky. Since covid life has been hard but I'm ok here and until we find a home I'm happy to be here. Stick with real life rules especially in Pasco co florida always wat h your back, lock your car and room and don't let your kids just willy nilly all over. I mean I'd do that anyplace so sorry if u had a bad experience but it doesn't mean we all do. Maybe u had a room a dirty person was in and they left behind a bug or trash and it was missed . I mean even the white house has had bugs so get over it if ur not happy then find another place. I've seen BUGS in "nice expensive " hotels too so idk what to tell u . Stay clean keep ur stuff clean and you'll be ok. And I'm sure if u have a serious issue I k ow darn well the owner WILL come take care of the issue.
My friend stayed there I got to she her for two days it's a quiet place and you can walk to 7-Eleven was right across the street and down the street was a gamble in place we had some fun gambling
